• during the night: beam to HTA and HTM
• during the day: trying to focus beam on HADES target. Not very successful. Slow extraction, 40Ar18+, 300 MeV/u, extraction time prolongated to 1.9 second - cannot do more for now.
• OLOG states that the beam spot was optmized on last grid (GHADDG4G) and scintillating screen (GHADDF4):

1. Corresponding paramodi file: 18-11-23_052914_20181123_051411_sis18_slow_hades_20181121_engrun.c1_beamline_blm_optimiert2.txt. Optics derived from this file using current model:

1. No data from HADES diamond saved.
2. saving machine state (screenshots, paramodi files etc - to common disc)
3. trying to coma back to theoretical HADES optics, not able to go through GHADMU1/GHADMU2 chicane.
4. interlock prevents manual (local) manipulation of GHADMU1 power converter
5. Plamen attempts to repair PDC on the way to HTM
6. first attempt to do quadrupole scan in GTE1QT11. Results are rather poor, not enough points and the markers on the scintillating screen makes beam shape fitting sometimes quite problematic:
